Every blend is weighed, tasted and tweaked by hand until it earns a lot number. Then we stop fiddling.

Batch
Preserves and chutneys are cooked in small pans, slowly, so the fruit keeps its shape and its bite.

Label
Packed, dated and labelled by hand with the lot it came from, so you know exactly what you are opening.
